Junior Ice Cream Taster

In 2024, we worked with award-winning adventure play destination, William’s Den, to help increase awareness of its fun summer events and homemade, locally-sourced food and drink offering.

We came up with the idea to host a competition encouraging children under 13 to get their creative juices flowing by designing their dream ice cream flavour. The competition received over 300 entries and 76 social media shares. It also captured the imagination of the press with 16 pieces of media coverage including a primetime live feature on ITV’s This Morning with Josie Gibson and Will Best. This was the attraction’s first piece of national press coverage - a moment to remember! Congratulations to the winner, Margot, who visited the Den to make her dream flavour ‘Cosmic Creation’ which went on sale throughout September!
